Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy:

• No Show for your session (Payment is forfeited)
• Cancellation of Session less than 24 hours (Payment is forfeited and $20 rebooking fee to be add to next confirmed booking
• 2nd Repeated No Show (Booking will be canceled, payment forfeited and no future booking will be accepted) 
• Process for refund (Bookings canceled within 48 hours, applied to next scheduled session and can be rescheduled without rebooking fee)
• Process of refund (Session can be canceled 7 days prior to appointment with full refund)
